Artarmon is about 29 km south east of our Rouse Hill base as the crow flies. It is outside our usual patch, but we still come to you there. The suburb splits three ways: high-rise flats west of the railway line, houses to the east, and an industrial area south of the Gore Hill Freeway. Flats were 68.4% of the 2021 Census homes for its 9,417 residents, and 56.2% of households ran just one car. With 45.6% of working residents in professional jobs, that one car often waits in a building car park all day.
