Mobile windscreen fitting in Marsden Park driveways and at Sydney Business Park, about 9.6 km from our Rouse Hill base.
Marsden Park is about 9.6 km west of our Rouse Hill base as the crow flies, out along Richmond Road near the M7. It is part of the North West Growth Area, planned for up to 10,300 homes, a town centre and two village centres. At the 2021 Census it already had 14,610 residents, a median age of 32 and an average of 3.4 people in every home.
Richmond Road does the heavy lifting. Transport for NSW counts over 89,000 vehicles a day through its intersection with Rooty Hill Road North, commuters and freight together. The stretch from the M7 to Townson Road is being widened with an extra lane each way, a flyover from the M7 off-ramp and a new bridge over Bells Creek, and major construction is continuing through October 2026. A four lane link along Townson Road and Burdekin Road to Schofields is also being planned. Work zones and trucks mean loose stones.
Homes here are almost all new family houses. 97.4% were separate houses at the Census and 75.9% had four or more bedrooms, while 48.6% of households ran two vehicles. Machinery operators and drivers made up 9.3% of local workers. Then there is Sydney Business Park, a 256 hectare estate with tenants like Lindt, Dulux, Bucher Municipal and an IKEA distribution centre, inside the Marsden Park Industrial area planned for up to 10,000 jobs.
We fit in your driveway, in the staff car park at Sydney Business Park, or beside a truck or van at a warehouse in the industrial area. While the Richmond Road works are on, tell us which side street you are in so we can plan around the work zone.
Yes, if the car is in a legal space with room to open the doors and work on both sides. Tell us the building and street and we will come to you.
They can change how we get to you, so we check the Transport for NSW notices first. Major construction between the M7 and Townson Road is continuing through October 2026.
We also cover Melonba (1.4 km), Angus (2.4 km), Shanes Park (2.4 km), Shalvey (3.7 km).
