Grantham Farm is one of our nearest suburbs, about 4 km west of our Rouse Hill base as the crow flies. It only became a suburb on 6 November 2020, carved out of Riverstone. The name comes from the Grantham Farm Estate, a subdivision of the original Riverstone land grant that once had a six-bedroom cottage and vineyards. Now it is new housing. At the 2021 Census 3,669 people lived here, the median age was just 30, and 99.6% of homes were separate houses, while 52.5% of households had two vehicles.
