Kings Park is about 7 km south of our Rouse Hill base as the crow flies. It is neatly boxed in, with the Richmond railway line on the west, the M7 to the north, Sunnyholt Road on the east and Breakfast Creek along the south. The suburb is split in two: the southern half is industrial and the northern half is newer homes. At the 2021 Census 3,476 people lived here and 43.0% of households had two vehicles. Technicians and trades workers made up 14.4% of employed residents. We fit at houses in the north and at workshops and yards in the south.
