Glenwood is about 6 km south of our Rouse Hill base as the crow flies. It was the first area built in the Rouse Hill Development Area and became a suburb in 1996, and it is big and settled now. At the 2021 Census 15,829 people lived here. Separate houses made up 97.2% of homes, and 83.4% had four or more bedrooms, so there is usually a driveway for us to work in.

Why windscreens crack around Glenwood

Main roads box the suburb in. Sunnyholt Road runs along the north and west, Old Windsor Road down the east, and the M7 along the south, with exits at Norwest Boulevard and Sunnyholt Road. Back when the M7 was still called the Western Sydney Orbital, the RTA drew up plans to widen 1.56 km of Sunnyholt Road through Glenwood from two lanes to six, plus turning lanes, to take the motorway interchange and a bus transitway. Fast motorway traffic on one side and busy arterial roads on the others mean stone chips are hard to avoid.

Who we fit for in Glenwood

Glenwood households run plenty of cars: 45.0% had two vehicles at the Census and 26.1% had three or more, an average of 2.1 per dwelling. Many residents work in offices (31.3% professionals, 16.0% clerical and administrative), and 8.5% are technicians and trades workers. Just over the M7 is Kings Park, which meets Glenwood at the Sunnyholt Road interchange. Blacktown City lists its area south of Faulkland Crescent as a major industrial precinct, and we fit vans and trucks there too.

Where we fit

We fit in your driveway or garage, or at your work. If the car will sit at Valentine Sports Park on Meurants Lane during a long training session or Football NSW event, we can meet you there, provided there is a flat, safe space beside it.
