Norwest is about 7.7 km south east of our Rouse Hill base as the crow flies. It only became a suburb on 29 June 2018, carved from parts of Baulkham Hills and Kellyville, and it is built around Norwest Business Park and its lake. The Hills Shire Council chambers are here too. At the 2021 Census 4,688 people lived in Norwest, and more than half of homes (53.5%) were flats or apartments.
Norwest Boulevard is the spine.
