Windscreen replacement and chip repair in Cherrybrook driveways and car parks, about 13 km from our Rouse Hill base.
Cherrybrook is about 13 km south east of our Rouse Hill base as the crow flies, on the Hornsby Shire side of Castle Hill. It began as Sydney's first project home village in 1959 and filled out in the 1980s, and that shows in the housing: 81.5% of homes are separate houses and 71.8% have four or more bedrooms. The 2021 Census counted 19,082 residents.
New Line Road is the main road through. Despite the name it is one of the oldest roads in the district, running north to meet Old Northern Road at Dural. Transport for NSW and the federal government are investigating improvements between Old Northern Road and Boundary Road, plus the Castle Hill Road intersection, to handle traffic from the growing north west. Stop start traffic on New Line Road and around the metro on Castle Hill Road means following close behind other vehicles, which is how small stones end up hitting the glass.
Cherrybrook is a two car suburb. At the Census only 2.4% of households had no vehicle, 46.2% had two and 19.7% had three or more. Residents mostly work in office roles, 38.3% professionals and 18.4% managers, with computer system design the top industry. A car left at home on a weekday suits a mobile fit, and with 17.2% of homes being townhouses or semis, we can also work in complex garages and visitor bays.
We fit in your driveway or garage, or at your workplace. Cherrybrook station on Castle Hill Road opened on 26 May 2019, and if you commute from there the car can stay home for the day while we replace the glass. Near Cherrybrook Village or New Line Road? Mention it when you book.
Usually, yes. Townhouses and semis make up about one in six homes here. We can work in your garage or visitor parking if there is flat, safe space beside the car and the strata is happy for us to be there.
Yes. The council line between Hornsby Shire and The Hills makes no difference to us, and Cherrybrook is about 13 km from our Rouse Hill base as the crow flies.
We also cover West Pennant Hills (3.0 km), Westleigh (2.7 km), Pennant Hills (2.9 km), Thornleigh (3.2 km).
